He has been the double bassist of the legendary guitarist Les Paul For more than ten years, he has participated in the best jazz festivals on five continents from Newport to Montreux and has collaborated with musicians from the most diverse disciplines such as Tony Bennett, Paul McCartney, John Pizzarelli or Wynton Marsalis, among others. Likewise, his discography as a leader and sideman is incredible, totaling several hundred recordings over three decades.
