Thousands of people visit the XVII Fair of Food and Natural Health Dénia

This year the XVII Fair of Food and Natural Health has concluded with great success of visits, according to organizers. Thousands of people visited each stands during the 4 days he was present, from October 9 to 12, at Calle Marqués de Campo.

In this edition have participated near 60 companies, not only Dénia or the region, but throughout the country: Valls (Tarragona), Barcelona, ​​Huéscar (Granada), Palamós (Girona), Piedrahita (Ávila), Cuitadela (Menorca) , Zaragoza and Alhama de Múrcia.

As in previous editions, the visitor has been able to find all kinds of natural products of traditional and artisanal elaboration such as cheeses, cold cuts, salted foods, olives, honey, jams, preserves, herbs, oil, wine, chocolate, ... without forgetting all kinds of natural health products with soaps, creams, ...

For its part, the Department of Environment participated also installing information panels with walking tours and excursions Dénia and Montgó and showed the process of collection of domestic oil and its subsequent transformation into organic soap.

Culture to celebrate the October 9

Alongside the fair, multiple parallel cultural activities were organized, such as the October 9 concert of the Musical Artistic Group of Dénia, accompanying the Valencian singer Aitana Ferrer, and the musical literary act "La Marina en veu de dona", which He filled the Centro de Arte la Estación.

Similarly, during the 9 October, I hibo traditional dances by Dianium Dansa and giants and children's activities and workshops by Rodamons Teatre and makeup workshops and popular games by the Betania Association.
