More than a hundred people meet in Dénia as the venue for the IV Public Talent Forum

Today, Thursday, March 23, the fourth edition of the 'Public Talent Forum' began in the city of Dénia. The welcome ceremony was presided over by the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, who highlighted the importance of this space for sharing ideas and experiences, in order to adapt public administrations to the new demands of citizens.

The event is organized by the human resources management company for public administrations Savia in collaboration with the Dénia Town Hall, and has the participation of more than a hundred professionals and nearly twenty speakers. All this framed in this biennial space aimed at Human Resources and Talent professionals from public administrations throughout Spain for the enrichment of their professional work.

The Dénia Town Hall will have an active participation in the forum program and will star in the presentations "Success Story" and "HIP Libraries. Innovative practice”, on the 24th at 12:30 p.m. The head of the Public People Management service, María Vicedo, and the person in charge of Prevention, Quality and Innovation, Lorena Estruch, will present the process of integrating new people into the work team (onboarding) "Diving into the administration" that is applied in the Dianense Town Hall. For her part, the director of the Dénia Public Library Network, Llúcia Signes, will present the HIP model applied to library management.
