More than 70 establishments participated in the Christmas window dressing competition
19 trades with more than last year, the Christmas Window Dressing Competition organized by the Department of Trade of the City of Dénia record-breaking participation in its edition of 2015. This year, 73 commercial establishments throughout the city put their imagination to Christmas to fill their showcases the magic of this season.
The prize for the best Christmas window in the category of 'permanent fixed establishment', endowed with 500 euros, went to the Verde Limón florist (Calle Ramón y Cajal, 16). The second prize, endowed with 400 euros, has been for the Romany Optics showcase (Marquesat avenue corner with Carlos Sentí) and the third prize in this category, set at 200 euros, was awarded to The Loft (Calle Quevedo, 7).
In the section of Mercat Municipal, since the winner was the canned goods whose owners received the 200 euros which is endowed the prize.
Finally, the De Pe A Pa Private Classes academy (Ramón Ortega Avenue, 5) has won the prize awarded by the public through Facebook voting. This prize is endowed with 200 euros.
From the council that Eva Ronda directs have highlighted this year «la calidad de los escaparates concursantes y su contribución a la imagen comercial del municipio».
