Martinez and Durá down from the hour and a half in Santa Pola Half Marathon

The dianenses popular athletes from different backgrounds were participating in the XXVII Half Marathon of Santa Pola. A test which this year was attended by 9.360 of those who managed to finish 8.208.

Among them there was a wide representation of the Gin Running Tonic Club, of this formation the most prominent were Miguel Ángel Martínez and Gonzalo Durá who were among the first 1.000 classified. Martinez did it in the position, 864 with a record of 1:29:20. Durá entered with him with a time of 1:29:21.

Pablo Vera set a time of 1:33:51, Carlos Balaguer set 1:39:22, Emilio Ronda entered with a mark of 1:43:41. Juan Sapena made a mark of 1:48:34, the same time did, Javier Ivars and Ángel Morera. Diana Bisquert, who finished in 81st place in the senior women's category, did so with a time of 1:49:36.

Something further back entered his clubmates; Roberto Soto 1: 50: 12, Ramón Grimalt: 50: 53 and Marta Carrió with a record of 1: 09: 51.

VIII Cursa Muntanya Tombatossals

Far from there, in Castellón there was also participation of athletes of this training in the VIII Muntanya "Tombatossals" Cursa. A test that brought together more than 500 participants. With a route of 21.610 meters that crossed the Penyenta Roja, Tossal Gros and La Joquera.

This race had Guillaume Tailebresse as a winner with an 1: 41: 49 mark. The dianense David Ribes made a mark of 2: 26: 28 and his club mate, Carlos Grimalt 2: 43: 48.
