Marc Bañuls presents his book «Running through the mountains. Practical manual »

Dianense personal trainer Marc Bañuls has achieved one of his dreams: his first book see the light.

Mountain run. practical Manual Mountain focuses practically, and created with the aim to serve as a manual for fans of this sport, because so far there is not much published on the subject. To pull it off, Marc Bañuls has surrounded adventure sports professionals and psychology, among other fields, so that anyone can implement the advice set out in the first person.

The presentation in society of this book will be this Saturday, March 25, at 20:00 p.m., in the Jauja Port room, at the Dénia Maritime Station.
