From this moment, the neighbors must register as such and be issued a card that must be visible in the car, which will give them preference when parking their vehicles. At the moment the streets where you can park remain, these being Santíssima Trinitat street, Avenida del Cid, a stretch of San Vicente de la Roqueta and two interior streets. Benicadim on the street is you can park but it is going to restructure the area in the coming months.

This innovation will become operational once the new signage installed in the area, which state that pedestrians have priority for walking, so the speed is limited to 30 km / h in the neighborhood.

Last February, the Consell of the Special Plan of Barri de les Roques, open to all residents in which they will be discussed and consesuarán proceedings affecting the neighborhood in order to dignify participatory body was established.

The Consell is formed by 21 members: the president, MªJosep Ripoll; the secretary, Óscar Mengual; six representatives of the municipal groups in the town hall, five of the neighborhood association, one of the fault, another of the area's merchants and seven members who were chosen by lot.

It is recalled that, in finding that residential neighborhood crave neighbors, the City Council approved last September the suspension of precautionary and preventive next year way, the granting of licenses to open bars, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs in the neighborhood of Les Roques.

This license suspension for one year, renewable for one year only affects licensing activities under the law of shows, such as bars, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs, businesses that are considered incompatible with a quiet neighborhood.
