August 26 from 2017 - 00: 33

The neighbors of 20 dwellings corresponding to two stairs of the Group Antonio Catalá, In the Saladar area, will be evicted from their homes on Monday or Tuesday. The news was not surprising to the neighbors, since they had been warned for several months by the municipal technicians.

The trigger of the situation was the detachment of a balcony that overlooks Marquesado Avenue. This happened several months ago and at that moment after propping up the balcony, the municipal technicians issued a report in which it was made known the poor condition that presented the forged, evident proof of the poor state of the structure of the farm.

Then a meeting was called to the owners of the houses to indicate to them what their state was. They were told to look for solutions to avoid further loosening and thus avoid eviction.

Neighbors showed their discomfort by this decision considering that they have not been given time to find solutions. Municipal sources do not share the version given by the inhabitants of the building since two months ago a meeting was called to the owners of the houses to indicate to them what was the state of the same. They were advised that solutions should be sought to consolidate the structure of the building and prevent further loosening, otherwise they would have to leave the farm.

In these two stairs the inhabitants are mostly rented people, that is why, was placed on the portal a notice of the situation in which the property was. That is, they were aware of the possible eviction in case the structure of the farm was not fixed.

The day has arrived that nothing has been done, from the consistory and to prevent any accident will be given the order to proceed with the eviction of these two stairs. In total 20 houses are occupied by 16.
