Socialists call for a defense of the mountains more serious, real and effective

On the eve of the celebration of International Mountain Day, the socialist leaders of Xàbia, Dénia and Jesús Pobre, José Chulvi, Vicent Grimalt and Javier Scotto have demanded a serious, real and effective defense of the mountains.

The three socialist leaders have stressed that the defense of the mountains should be initiated primarily with the protection and defense of the Montgó to go beyond symbolism and jubilant celebrations of the Popular Party, whose intention is to hide the cuts of the Consell and little activity of Dénia.

Chulvi, Grimalt and Scotto have pointed out that, for effective environmental policy in the Montgó, it takes fewer pictures and more performances. They said that with the policy p nothing is achieved. Xàbia is an example to follow in this matter and it is as a result of a real city, will in Dénia nonexistent.

The Socialists influenced their criticisms in the successive absences of Mayor Ana Kringe in the governing boards of the Natural Park. And, they ask themselves, "Where is the mayor, if they insist so much on pointing out their love for the mountains through the campaign of We Love Mountains?"

The three county councilors have focused their complaints on five key points: burying power lines, recovery of agricultural colonies, registration of public land in the mountain, a fire plan and the recovery of buffer areas Montgo which they were reduced last year.

In turn, the socialist leaders have announced their commitment to establish an alliance of the three municipalities to work on improving and enhancing the mountain they have in common.

The Montgó is one of our attractions, besides being the lung of the region, and they agreed that the work of all achieve conduct a real, efficient and effective policy.
