The Dianist Socialists mostly supported Pedro Sánchez as General Secretary

Pedro Sánchez has also won in Dénia as general secretary of the PSOE after the primaries held this Sunday throughout the country. In the regional capital, 163 party members were called to vote, of which a total of 137 exercised their right to vote, which represents more than 84% participation.

Sánchez got a total of 75 votes in Denia. Susana Diaz was second with 53 supports and Patxi Lopez got 7 votes. This line was followed in the rest of the region, where Sánchez prevailed with a total of 253 votes against 114 of Diaz and 24 of Lopez.

The Marina Alta has a total of 470 registered socialist militants, of which 402 participated in this Sunday's vote, 85,5% of the total.
