The Magi and Santa Claus will visit Denia despite the pandemic
The Party Councilor, Óscar Mengual, has announced the Dénia City Council program for the most exceptional Christmas in decades. Among the expected announcements, which have been made to wait until the guidelines of the Interterritorial Public Health Commission, stands out the confirmation that both the Three Wise Men, and their royal postmen, and Santa Claus will return to the town to visit the little ones.
"The boys and girls of Dénia, for how well they have behaved during this year being more exemplary even than adults, deserve to have a final prize, with a diverse Christmas program"Mengual pointed out. That is why Dénia will once again receive the long-awaited Christmas personalities.
Now, it will not be like in previous years. On this occasion, it will be a static visit and under reservation, without horseback riding, dancing or castles. A homage in a double stage at two heights located on La Vía street. Under great security measures, the families that have reserved for the different acts will form a queue where the temperature will be taken and, immediately afterwards, they will pass through the stage located at a lower level and in front of that of Santa Claus and the Three Wise Men, to ensure the distance, where a photograph can be taken "next to" them.
