Dianenses marinas were present at the 'Madrid Azul' and 'Medsea' nautical fair

The ports of Dénia, under the umbrella of the Grouping of Ports and Sports of the Valencian Community, have recently participated in two of the most recognized nautical fairs, Madrid Blue, which was held on 17 and 18 days in February; Y Medsea, which took place in Alicante from the 16 to the 18 in March.

The president of the Association, Gabriel Martínez, says that «ambas ferias nos han servido para conocer las actividades náuticas más innovadoras con el fin de que nuestros puertos estén a la última en turismo náutico».

Both fairs have brought together activities in which people are more in contact with the environment and respecting the sea. Scuba diving, snorkeling, freediving or sea kayaking, as well as surfing and all its variants as kite, wind, paddle, have been present. «Todos estos deportes también se practican en nuestros puertos. La actividad náutica es una parte fundamental de nuestro día a día»says Martinez.

In the Association are associated almost all the marinas of our community, united with the firm purpose of continuing to work under its strong principles: respect for the environment, creation of wealth for society, job creation, development of nautical tourism and development of social nautical.
