The popular presented allegations to the enclosures in the terraces of the Raset area and Cervantes Esplanade

The Popular Party of Dénia has reported, according to statements made by María Mut, Spokesperson for the PP Municipal Group in the Dénia City Council, that allegations have been presented, within the legally established period, to the initial approval of the modification of the Municipal Ordinance occupation of public roads, approved in the Ordinary Plenary on October 26, and published in the Official Gazette of the province, on November 13, 2017, regarding the controversial issue of the change of facilities and enclosures on the terraces located in the Raset area and Esplanade Cervantes.

Specifically, the allegations, say that taking into account that all existing governments in Denia, to date, have accepted the affected terraces and their enclosures, as they were, and given that there are new entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs who have just begun to develop its activity, and therefore, are still in the payment or amortization phase of its current closure, this new modification would suppose a very important increase in the expenses of its businesses, being able therefore to harm the existing jobs in said premises.
