Dénia CD players and sweat shirt in training

The holidays are over for the players of the CD Dénia squad who have already begun to sweat the shirt.

The team led by Juan Carlos Signes began their pre-season work yesterday afternoon. A session in which the work on the municipal sports court was combined with that carried out on the playing field of the Diego Mena field.

The first day served for newcomers to the team, Cristian de Luis, Cabe, Javi and Jordi from recognizing that from now are and their peers.

A training prepared by the physical trainer, Jordi Pons, where physical work has prevailed alternating the race continues with a circuit designed by the physical trainer. The objective with these sessions is that the players accumulate a good workload during the week.
