School collaborate in the regeneration of the dunes Les Marines

Dianense schoolchildren these days are learning something more about the importance of regeneration of the dunes on Les Marines beach. And it is that, framed in the celebrations of the Arbor Day, 155 students from the Carmelite, Marist and Cervantes schools have planted 900 units of dune plant, next to the first stream and along the pedestrian walkway.

Activities began with an audiovisual presentation on the dune ecosystem and Posidonia, in addition to seeing the results of the plantations that were made seven years ago.

Students of IES María Ibars, Chabas and number 3 completed planting to the second Regacho, along 400 linear meters of beach.
