El Cercle d’Empresaris de la Marina Alta (CEDMA) organizó la pasada semana una jornada sobre seguridad en comercios en la que sus asociados pudieron conocer mejor el Safe Trade Plan prepared by the delegation of Citizen Participation of the Police Station of the National Police Force of Dénia.

Around 40 entrepreneurs from Dénia and the region attended this talk, held at the Dénia Business Incubator, to find useful advice and information for the prevention of thefts.

The conference was presented by the president of the Marina Alta Business Center, Sonja Dietz, and the deputy vice president of the Commerce area, Isabel Agulles. Both appreciated the offer of the National Police to organize a conference of such interest for the owners of businesses and establishments in the Marina Alta.

On the part of the police body they intervened the chief inspector Alejandro L. Sánchez Moreno, chief of the Police station; Chief Inspector María José Foche Madrid, Chief of the Local Citizen Security Brigade; the inspector Juan Francisco Sarrión Ródenas, head of the Local Brigade of the Judicial Police; and Caterina De Francisco Mallo, delegate of Citizen Participation.

The talk also addressed theft with force, as well as basic security measures in companies and video surveillance systems. One of the elements that attracted the most attention was the App Alertcops, that once installed in the mobile puts the user in direct contact with the National Police and the Civil Guard in a matter of seconds, be it for a warning, an emergency call or to transfer information.
