The dianenses Kiko Peiró and Sebastián Ducos, closer and closer to the Olympic Games Paris 2024

The Royal Spanish Sailing Federation continues with the calendar of Olympic tests to determine who will be the athletes who will play in the team that will compete in the Paris 2024 Formula Kite Olympic Games. In this sense, Santander once again counted -on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday- with a new concentration which was attended by the Valencian Alex Climent, and the dianenses Kiko Peiró and Sebastián Ducos, all of them members of the Club Marina El Portet. The Moraira coach, Manu Sanz, who works as an Olympic coach for the national federation, also participated in the call.

The athletes had several technical training sessions and training sessions in which they demonstrated their abilities.

The sights are now on the last regatta of the year, which will be held on December 13, 14 and 15 in Tarifa. It should be remembered that the chances of Alex Climent being part of the Olympic team are more than remarkable, while the Kiko Peiró and Sebastián Ducos will have to compete to win it until the last minute.

But before going to Santander, the athletes had an appointment in the swamp of Alarcón, where the Manchego Autonomous Championship was held. Climent was the undisputed champion of the day, Kiko Peiró was second and Sebastián Ducos was fourth.
