The students of IES Nº3 celebrated with intensity the Cultural Week before the holidays

The educational community of the IES Number 3 of Dénia celebrated, from the 23 to the 28 of March, the Cultural Week, a few days that filled the center of activities of all kinds in which the students had a fundamental organizing role.

The week began with the presentation of the album 10 Poemes de Penyamar, by Dianense singer Jaume Ginestar, who plays music by María Ibars. On Monday 26 the project of Educational Innovation on Sustainable Tourism was presented. The students of Gardening organized a floral parade; while Industrial Technology students presented the project of the Drone and 3D printer and conducted an Android APP workshop for the students of Montgó and Les Vessanes schools.

On the other hand, the students of 4º ESO of Philosophy participated in a symposium of young philosophers in Burjassot and the students of 1º ESO visited the Marine Reserve of the Cabo de San Antonio. Also that day, those of 2º ESO participated in a mathematical-scientific Gimkana, and APROSDECO members made a talk at the center.

On Tuesday the activities continued with the Sports Day, organized by the department of Physical Education of the institute with the 1º students of Baccalaureate as monitors. The students of 4º of ESO visited the water treatment plant next to the Department of Physics and Chemistry and the students of 2º of Bachillerato enjoyed a talk on sociolinguistics by Gemma Sanginés.

On 28 day, Wednesday, there was a theater for students of 1º of ESO organized by the Union of Students and Scientific Raps in charge of the students of 1º of Bachillerato. The students of 2º of the ESO participated in a dramatized route through the port and the castle.

The week ended with a dance show by Dianium Dansa and the Muixeranga de la Marina Alta.
