The 41 + 2 stages of the D * NA Restaurant: the restaurants that will participate in the prestigious gastronomic event of Dénia

This morning the presentation of the program of the imminent D * NA Restaurant took place at the Dénia City Council, in which the festival curator, Quique Dacosta, the mayor of the city, Vicent Grimalt, and the president of AEHTMA, Cristina have participated. Sellés.

The D * NA returns next week, but not at the Marineta Cassiana, a stage that has hosted the festival since its inception. The pandemic has forced to rethink this gastronomic fair so that it is held with the maximum sanitary guarantees. On this occasion, as chef Quique Dacosta has pointed out, instead of going out to the restaurants in the street, the diners will be the ones who enter them, so that a sector that has had a particularly bad time with the crisis can be given a boost of COVID.

In this way, instead of booths there will be restaurants, bars, places and "squares" where to gather all those who want to enjoy the dishes and products of the Marina Alta, in which it has undoubtedly become the best showcase of our gastronomy facing all the glances that during a weekend are put on Dénia.

There will be 24 restaurants that this year will host the D * NA, with their own proposals that will soon be announced. These will be accompanied by 14 establishments (breweries, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, pastry shops ...) that will reinforce the festival's offer, and even food stores.

But there will also be two "off the beaten track" stages, located in the Plaza del Consell and the solar de Marqués de Campo (former ambulatory). On the first we will see a large number of well-known chefs and representatives of different gastronomic destinations who will offer a series of conferences during the days of the festival, and whose program you can read in full here. In Marqués de Campo, on the other hand, you can participate in different cooking workshops and round tables where you can learn more about our products and recipes, with high-level guests.
