The 2.400 household members Retirees celebrate Dénia Coexistence Week

Between the 22 and 27 October, the Home of Pensioners of Dénia celebrates Coexistence Week XXIIA week full of events and sporting and cultural activities in which to share experiences among more than 2.400 members are there in the home.

The acts will start on Monday 22 with an afternoon of coexistence between grandparents and grandchildren in which there will be snacks and games of intergenerational petanque.

On Tuesday, the day will begin with the fishing contest during the morning and afternoon will be the turn of the performance of the dance group Al Manchara of the House of Castilla la Mancha, at 19: 30 in the Social Center.

On Wednesday morning at 11: 30, will be a Mass for the deceased members in the Church of San Antonio. Then a fellowship meal and evening theater by the group Benixaloni Jalon.

On Thursday morning there will be an excursion to the castle and distribution of cokes, and afternoon show the film "The son of Captain Blood". On Friday there will also be film, in this case with the film "The last coupe". Both projections are part of the cycle "Cinema per a majors" organized by the company 8 study that brings films to pensioners and members of the nursing home. Also, before each movie attendees will see two separate reports on the old cinemas and Modern Circus.

The conference will end on Saturday afternoon, with the performance of the Coral Pensioners at 19: 30 hours at the Social Center.

The events of the XXII Week of Coexistence of the Retirees Home were presented yesterday by the Councilor of the Major, Isabel Gallego, the President of the Home, Carmen Bazán, the Vice President, Amparo Ferrer, Juan Antonio Masó, representative of the company Estudio 8 that manages the audiovisual courses of the Artístics municipal center, and Miguel Ángel Ivars, manager of the Social Center auditorium.
