Lili double Riva veteran regional champion in Valencia

The joys for the Baleària Diànium Athletics Club in the Autonomous Veteran Championship held in Valencia were double. In addition to the runner-up of Mayca Sala in the 1.500, the double triumph achieved by the athlete, Lili Riva, was added.

The athlete and coach the club's youth participated in testing 400 20 meter hurdles and meter dash. In both tests she got to be first. In hurdles race with a record of 1 23 minute and seconds. In the other race was brand 29 30 seconds and hundredths.

Lili has recently returned to competition after many years away from the tracks for various reasons, including chronic back injury and hamstring.

This athlete wistfully remembers its beginnings twenty years ago when I was young, in Uruguay, his native country, Pascual Carrozo hand, the coach who conveyed his love for this discipline and took their full potential.

In this new phase and now, almost overcome these physical problems are very satisfied with the new sensations in short tests. Physiotherapist and training partner, Mayca Chamber, advised and encouraged to rejoin back to athletics and it is very grateful.
