L'Escoleta, cuisine with personality
L'Escoleta is a creative cuisine restaurant created by Juan Carlos Villar, who started more than 20 years ago with Bodegas Galiana.
Imagination and creativity are concepts that are not at odds with traditionality, seasonality and the quality of the raw material. At L'Escoleta they combine and apply these concepts to all their elaborations, preparing dishes full of flavor and personality.
