The seniors of Dénia Básquet placed as leaders in Autonomic

Great weekend that the senior girls of the Dénia Básquet Club had, since they achieved two victories, one against CB Joventut Xàbia (32-61) and another against Nou Amics Pego (51 to 73), thanks to them they have placed as leaders of group E of the Autonomous category.

In the first match played at the Miguel Buigues pavilion in Xàbia, the girls led by Juan Luis Pérez were clearly superior to the team trained by Óscar Mayordomo. The dianenses dominated in all facets of the game and without printing a very high rhythm they defeated some willful rivals.

In the second match played on Saturday in Hall Ausiàs March of Pego, the Dianense superiority was manifested from the first quarter. Gradually the visitors was opening the scoring gap to end up winning with a wide margin.

The leadership would play against CB Pedreguer

After these two victories, the last day of the first phase of the league is reached with the swords raised. On Saturday at the Joan Fuster pavilion, at 17 pm, the Dénia Básquet Club, leader of the group, and CB Pedreguer, which is second just one victory behind its rival, will face off.

The dianenses are already classified to dispute the phase of ascent, although a victory would ensure them the first place. A loss of less than 8 points to Dénia Basketball Club would like first and second CB Pedreguer would. Although the results have occurred in other groups, it seems that the third in this group will exit Pedreguer CB or NB Alzira, also classified as third best.
