Miguel Hernández works will resume next September 2

After the summer holidays, the redevelopment and adaptation works of the rainwater network on Miguel Hernández avenue will return to work on September 2, as announced by the Councilor for Citizen Security, Javier Ygarza.

The municipality suspended work during July and August to allow the passage of vehicular traffic along the avenue, one of the main access roads to the city during the summer.

This project is included in the Provincial Plan of Cooperation of the Works and Services of Municipal Competition for 2012 of the Diputación de Alicante and has a global budget of 659.450 euros, of which the Diputación will cover the 65% and the rest the municipality of Dénia .

Traffic diversion during construction

With the resumption of work, will again activate the two traffic detour routes established by the local police. Circulation entry Dénia towards the port and Les Marines will be made by Abu-Zeyan, Cholet Square, Avenue de Gandia, Alcoi avenue, Ronda Walls, Doctor Fleming and Plaza de Benidorm.

For its part, the traffic towards the exit of Denia is diverted by the square of Benidorm, Road Les Marines, street Ausiàs March Avenue dels Furs, Camí del Llavador, Avenida de Andalucía, Plaza de Cholet, Abu-Zeyan and Valencia avenue.
