Major Fallas de Dénia honored the Virgin of the Helpless

In one of her last acts as Falleras Mayores de Dénia, Sara Femenía and Paloma Mengual actively participated in the programming of the Day of the Desamparados organized by the Festival Commission of the Mare de Déu in the city.

On Sunday morning they attended the Mass that was celebrated in the Church of San Antonio next to the charges of the Dénia faults of the 2015 exercise. In the mass we could also see the Moor and Christian captains of this year along with their flag bearers and the president of the AMMICC, Josele Maldonado.

In the afternoon, and accompanied by the president of the Board, Jaume Bertomeu, and the vice president José Vicente Benavente, participated in the procession that toured the neighborhood sailor.

During the tour very emotional moments, like the arrival of the image to Casal de Baix la Mar, where they waited charges 2015, or passing through the port, where the boats loudly announced the arrival of their patron, were experienced whose passage it was celebrated with fireworks.
