On January 26, the meeting of the AMPAS linked to IES num. 3 at the Municipal House of Culture to establish the actions to follow in their struggle to build the institute as quickly as possible.

- Letters to the press
- Concentrations on Wednesdays prior to the plenary session of the City Council (the first call will be on Wednesday, February 22 at 19:30 p.m. in the Glorieta)
- Excursion to the grounds on Sunday 13 of February at 11 hours, leaving from the Roundabout.
- Participate in the Carnival (March 5) dressed as barracks.
- Hang photos of the current HEI at the door of the involved schools accompanied by the phrase: "This is the future of our children if the City Council and Department do not solve it"
