Week of living of retirees from Denia reaches its peak with the fellowship meal

The Retired and Pensioners Home of Dénia celebrates its traditional Week of Coexistence, which yesterday reached its peak with the celebration, in different restaurants of the city, of its food of brotherhood.

The president, Carmen Bazán, the queen of the Home, Conchín Rueda, the councilor for the eldest, Isabel Gallego, the president of the Festival Commission of the Mare de Déu, Fernando Marí, and representing the fallero world, the president of the Local Board Fallera, Jaume Bertomeu and the Fallera Mayor of Dénia, Marta Tabernero, shared a table in the same restaurant.

In the afternoon the members of the Hogar had the opportunity to enjoy the theater of the Benixaloní group in the Social Center, where activities take place all week long. On Monday there was a snack with the grandchildren, on Tuesday dances with the dance group Al-Manchara and today and tomorrow, cinema with the projection of the movies "The last coupe" y "The son of Captain Blood".

The final touch will be put by the choir with its performance on Saturday afternoon.
