The German press is interested in the gastronomic product of Dénia and the Marina Alta

The city of Dénia received last week the visit of the German journalist Helge Sobik, who participates in the press-trip (trip of familiarization with the destination for journalists) organized by the Provincial Tourist Board of the Costa Blanca and the Spanish Office of tourism in Frankfurt (Germany).

The journalist is preparing a report on the less known aspects of the Costa Blanca in Germany and, especially, on the importance of the gastronomic product in Dénia and the Marina Alta, gathering information from the interviews he conducted with Quique Dacosta and José Manuel López (Restaurant Peix i Brases).

The Department of Tourism of Dénia offered a tour of the castle, the marine reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni, marinas, historical and commercial center and provided information on the tourist offer of Dénia, its natural environments and the project Dénia, Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO. Also, the journalist had the opportunity to taste local products of Dénia in one of the local restaurants.
