Dénia Local Police shape future 27 Moped

Monday has started in Denia XIV Moped driver training course organized by the Road Safety Department of the Local Police, which this year will be attended by a total of 27 youth from 14 to 16 years.

From today until July 17, these young people will receive lectures and taught Vip practices in driving schools, Guillem, Victor and Juanvi. The Assembly Local Red Cross Dénia participate in the course with a theoretical session practice of first aid and the Provincial Association of Schools of Alicante will offer a talk permission points and active and passive safety of moped given by Pedro Castells. Salvador Climent Olmedo, former ASPAYM, collaborate offering young people a special class within the awareness program.

To complete their training, technical staff of the Community Prevention Unit in Addictive Behaviors (UPCCA) Denia City Council will give a lecture on the effects of alcohol and drugs on driving and how to prevent these undue consumption.

Monday, July 27 is the day marked for the exam for obtaining driving license AM mopeds for these students.

At the inauguration of the course, the Councilor for Public Safety, Javier Scotto, was present, accompanied by the chief mayor of the Local Police, José Martínez Espasa, and the agent Manuel Moreno Mas, course coordinator.
