The Platform in Defense of Public Health will attend the Catalan Ombudsman

The Platform for the defense of the Public Health of the Marina Alta decided, in a meeting held on Monday, to appear before the Síndic de Greuges with the current health situation in the region on the table after learning that the Síndic has recently pronounced in favor of the reopening of the Children's Mental Health Unit at the Dénia Hospital.

At the meeting, the concentration on Saturday 26 in front of the Denia House of Culture during the celebration of the I Acquired Brain Damage Fair of the Marina Alta, showing his rejection to the change of attitude of the Department of Health, which after ensuring that they would open the health centers at night has reversed.

The members of the platform decided, unanimously, to continue in line with the mobilizations "to visualize the malaise of citizenship with the health situation in our region and force a change by the Department". In this sense, they have called the Occupation of the Pedreguer Health Center next Wednesday 6 day in November to the 21: 30.
