The immediacy of the firm, first source of problems in international recruitment

February 01 from 2014 - 00: 00

The Círculo de Empresarios de la Marina Alta (CEDMA), addressed in an informative talk one of the problems that concern local businessmen: the internationalization of their companies.

The Maite and Cristina Vazquez Calo lawyers were responsible for solving questions from the audience, mostly entrepreneurs who have already had some experience in signing international contracts, and agreed that the biggest source of problems lies in the immediacy of the firm even before consulting the legal gabinte.

The lawyers offered some advice, such as determining under what legal system the contract is being signed or agreeing on the country in which the case will be filed in the case of non-compliance. Those who were hired emphasized the clauses that are placed in a contract, highlighting confidentiality.

The president of CEDMA, Sonja Dietz, and the president of the Foreign Trade Commission of the Chamber of Alicante, Miguel Agulles, were in charge of introducing the talk to the attendees.
