La Fira de Mostres, protagonist of the second weekend of the Fira de Fires de Ondara

Ondara is immersed in the programming of the XXXIII Fira de Fires 2018, which is being held from 10 to 25 in November, organized by the Department of Tourism and Economic Promotion of the City of Ondara, which is run by the Mayor, José Ramiro. This second weekend of the fair (17 and 18 of November) will be dedicated to the XXXIII Fira de Mostres i Compres; the Medieval Market, the Fira d'Atraccions and the Fira Gastronòmica.

XXXIII Fira de Mostres i Compres

The 17 and 18 days of November will take place in the Prado the 33ª edition of the Trade Fair and Purchases. An event in which local businesses and businesses, and also some regional ones, will offer a sample of their offers in products and services, with special fair prices.

This fair has a large presence of businesses associated with the Association of Merchants and Entrepreneurs of Ondara, ACO. In this XXXIII edition the attendance of some thirty exhibitors has been confirmed, with 25 of them from Ondara.

The Medieval Market moves from date to rain

The Medieval Market, scheduled for this weekend, is moved to the 1 and 2 weekend in December for the weather forecast. It will also be installed between the Prado and the Plaza de Toros, on Avenida General Bosch, and in Plaza Vicent Andrés Estellés.

The Medieval Market of 2018 will have sale of products, food and drink, tavern, as well as animation, falconry and children's activities; characters, workshops, music, performances, medieval challenge, archery, circus numbers, medieval attractions, games, crafts, and endless proposals for all audiences.

As stressed by the Mayor of Ondara and responsible for the area of ​​Tourism and Economic Promotion, José Ramiro, this year's edition of the Medieval Market has been reinforced with greater dynamism, animation, and with the increase in activities.

Fair of Attractions and Gastronomic Fair

In addition, the fair of attractions and the gastronomic fair will continue. It should be remembered that the Amusement Fair is installed in the public car park located at the northern entrance of the town, on the street Nacions Sense Estat. The days of the boy and girl of the amusement fair are the 14 and 21 Wednesdays in November (from the 17 hours), and the attractions will have the price of 1,5 euros.

The Gastronomic Fair is being held during the three weekends of the fair, in the establishments themselves. Participate 12 restoration businesses in the proposal, which are connected by a "trenet" that makes a circular route every thirty minutes. The bars and restaurants offer a special Fair menu, which includes as a common element the "pansa" or the orange.
