Scalds of pansa looks closer his statement as intangible BIC

This is what the Councilor for Culture, MªJosé Català, told the EATIM mayor, Javier Scotto Di Tella, at a meeting held in Valencia last week in which they sent both the consellera and her fellow pansa baskets, a basket of coques amb pansa, made by a neighbor of the district, representative of the gastronomy linked to doublets d'or, and the large and framed photograph that has illustrated the celebration of this year.

Scotto was accompanied by two residents of the village dressed in traditional costumes that sent the Consellera the illusion of the local authority by this request as well as an invitation to go next year to the celebration.

According to the Consellera informed, the declaration as BIC Immaterial of the Valencian Heritage is currently pending the technical report of the Consell Valenciá de Cultura.
