Wednesday night, second day of the Moors and Christians of Dénia festivities, was marked by the festive enticement that the 15 filaes staged through the streets of Dénia at midnight. The Plaza del Consell hosted the start of the parade, which ran through Diana and Marqués de Campo streets, where many people gathered.
First the Christians, led by their captain and their standard bearer, José Vicente Ivars and Ana Adela Pastor; and behind them the Moors, with Rafa Cheli and Adela Marzà at the helm, warmed up for the great gala parade to be held this afternoon from 18 pm.
