The company's clothing and footwear collection donated to the Bureau for more than 5.800 euros

One more year, the company that manages in Dénia the collection of clothing and footwear through containers distributed throughout the city, Texlimca, has donated part of its benefits to the entities that make up the Dénia Solidarity Round Table: Red Cross, Extend your hand, Salvation Army and Caritas.

This year, with an increase of 2% in the collection of clothes and accessories, the donation has amounted to 5.818,72 euros. has been the representative of the company Texlimca, Juan Carlos Aranda, who has delivered the check to the mayor of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt, the councilor for Social Services, Cristina Morera and the councilor for the environment, Josep Crespo.

In 2015 64.251 total gross kilograms of clothing, footwear and used through the containers were collected 22 Wippy that Texlimca is distributed throughout the city. In this regard, both the company and the City Council, has sent a message of thanks to the public, as well as being a totally free service for the town, help reduce municipal expenditures of urban waste management and help raise funds to local social purposes.
