Socialist councilor Cristina Morera, 1st deputy mayor and councilor for the areas of Inclusive Policies and Public Health, has also been vaccinated against the coronavirus irregularly, as confirmed by party sources.
The mayor, despite not belonging to the priority groups who are undergoing the vaccination process, would have skipped the guidelines of the Ministry to receive the vaccine. In this way, it is already the third policy of the PSPV of the Marina Alta that skips the phases to receive its dose, as the mayors of El Verger and Els Poblets have already admitted.
Although at the moment the PSPV has not made any official statement, according to the newspaper Information, the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, is waiting to know all the details to make a decision on the future of politics.
