Casa de Andalucía commemorates the bicentennial of the Constitution of Cadiz

If exceptional and holding a bicentennial, even if it is an achievement as was the Constitution of Cadiz of 1812, "La Pepa". For this reason, the House of Andalusia of Dénia has prepared a commemorative event that will be held today, Saturday, September 24 in the Assembly Hall of the Municipal House of Culture.

The day will begin at 19: 30 with the official opening by local authorities and representatives of the House of Andalusia and the first conference by Mr. Ricardo Llompart Català, Associate professor of Contemporary History at the UNED. Llompart discuss "The proclamation of the Constitution of Cádiz of 1812; context and consequences".

Then will Mr. Antonio Estarca Català, tutor of Constitutional Law at the UNED who ask "The Constitution of Cádiz, a spoiled constitutional opportunity?".

After the conferences, it will be the turn of the Embrujo dance group, led by Professor Rebeca Carmona, who will end the day to make way for a dinner at the headquarters of the Casa de Andalucía (C / 9 d'Octubre).
