Local Assembly of the AECC launches a campaign to prevent skin cancer

Volunteers from the Local Assembly of the Spanish Association Against Cancer have been today offering information from a stand located on Calle Marqués de Campo to those who approached about the importance of prevention when we talk about skin cancer.

This afternoon, from 19 hours, a conference of the dermatologist Ruud Valks will be held at the Hermanos Gavilà Ferrer Foundation, and during the weekend volunteers will tour the dianenses beaches to raise awareness among users and distribute sunscreen.

This morning they have received a visit from the mayor of Dénia, Ana Kringe, who has been interested in the campaign and has emphasized the importance of prevention and the work carried out by the AECC.
