Mayor Ana Kringe signed partnership agreements with AEHTMA Association and the Royal Yacht Club

The mayor, Ana Kringe, and the president of the Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of the Marina Alta (AEHTMA), Rafa Codina, signed yesterday the collaboration agreement for next 2013, accompanied by the Councilor for Tourism, Pepa Font.

The agreement between the City and the Association AEHTMA states that the Department of Tourism of the City of Dénia collaborate with 30.000 euros in the activities carried out by the Association throughout the year.

These activities include free specific training in food handling for the hospitality industry, support department at the International Tourism Fair (Fitur) and the promotion of destination Dénia in events scheduled by the Tourist Board Costa Blanca, the Department Tourism and city Hall (international Competition Dénia red prawn, fam-trips, implementation Dénia card card and sponsorship of sporting, cultural and social events in the city, etc.) itself.

Similarly, the mayor signed yesterday also the annual collaboration agreement with the Royal Yacht Club of Dénia. Ana Kringe and the president of the entity, Jaime Portolés, agreed that the Department of Tourism will collaborate with 24.000 euros in the activities carried out by the club that are of both sporting and tourist promotion interest.

These activities are DéniaVela racing program, which includes competitions national and regional level; Sportfishing tests; the row; crossings sea kayaking and water sports municipal schools.
