The AEMET increases the alert to orange in Dénia

Heavy rainfall accompanied us during the past day and, especially, tonight. However, despite the fact that during the first hours of sunshine the weather seemed to have calmed down, the AEMET decreed the orange alert far from being trusted.

In this way, the alert for the significant risk that precipitation may generate from yellow to orange. The accumulated precipitation in 12 hours can reach 100 mm and 50 mm per hour. This will last until midnight today.

In addition, yellow is maintained due to coastal phenomena: force 7 wind intervals from the east and northeast with waves of 3 meters.
