Kringe meets with the mayors of Oliva and Gandia to analyze the situation of the Tren de la Costa

The mayor of Dénia, Ana Kringe, received last Friday in her office the visit of the mayors of Oliva, Mª Consuelo Escrivà, and of Gandía, Arturo Torró, because "We want to track the protocol signed and gathering as much information and then transfer it to other municipalities in the Xarxa d'Mayors of High Navy", According to the mayor of Denia.

To do this, they will request a meeting with the Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Transport and Housing, Rafael Catalá, and with the President of the Generalitat Valenciana, Alberto Fabra, in which they will request that the Tren de la Costa protocol be streamlined after signing on last October 2011 between the Central Administration and the autonomic one. Said protocol established that the Ministry of Public Works would undertake the informative studies, while the studies of demand, profitability and traffic forecast, as well as the land reserve, would be assumed by the Generalitat Valenciana.
