Games with 'Lego' to promote teamwork at the Hospital de Dénia

The new Resident Internal Doctors and Resident Internal Nurses of the Dénia Hospital are immersed these days in the reception program prepared by the Department of Health for these days.

One of the most important aspects to deal with is teamwork, social competences or self-responsibility as a basis for the reality of care. And for this, the residents have used the methodology known as LEGO serious play, through the well-known assembly parts.

The training goes from the institutional act of welcome, through training in the management of the Electronic Health Record -HCE-, Data Protection Law -LOPD-, prevention of occupational risks, hand hygiene, library and reading workshops: , interpretation of the electrocardiogram and update in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
