Days of living in the Home of Pensioners of Dénia
The councilor for the Mayor, Isabel Gallego, this morning presented the program of the XXIV Conference of Coexistence of the Home for Retirees and Pensioners of Dénia together with the president of the entity, Carmen Bazán. The sessions will take place from October 20 to 25. All scheduled activities are free and are designed "for the enjoyment of our elders", as indicated by councilor Isabel Gallego.
They begin on Monday 20 October, with the celebration of Grandparents Day. From 18 hours, the grandparents can go to the Social Center with your grandchildren to enjoy an afternoon snack and games.
Tuesday 21, at 10 hours a petanque contest in the annex to Social Center and 19.30 hours track, the Al-Manchara group house full of Castilla La Mancha in Dénia will offer a performance of song and dance to be held the auditorium of the Social Center.
The October 22 Mass for the deceased members officiate in the parish of San Antonio at 11.30 hours. At noon, in different restaurants in the city, will be the food of brotherhood of Pensioners. Support the tickets can be collected at the headquarters of Home until Friday 17 in 10 to 12 hours. In the afternoon, at 19.30 hours theater session with Benixaloní Xaló group, representing the Valencian farce Als bous Castelló, Manuel Soto Lluch work and Maite Cuart address.
Thursday morning for 23 has organized a climb to the castle at 10 hours with lunch included cokes. In the afternoon, at 19.30 hours, the film shot in Dénia 1980 and directed by José María Forqué, singing cicada will be shown. Thanks to the collaboration of the producer Study 8, before the screening a story with images of Dénia then and testimonies of several dianenses who participated as extras in the film will be offered.
The Escola de Teatre Comarcal ETC Marina Alta collaborates in this edition of the Conference on Coexistence and will stage the work day 24 neighborhood Orchestra, directed by Albert Garcia Caselles, and a monologue by Elena Herranz. It will be at 19.30 pm in the auditorium of the Social Center.
The grand finale of the week will put the Coral Pensioners Denia with the concert given on Saturday 25 19.30 to hours.
