Closing day of the local league basketball with medal presentations Prebenjamín

After several months of competition the local basketball league in Dénia comes to an end. From the Municipal School basketball the last day and the awarding of medals for all participants was prepared.

In the Pre-benjamín category, the matches of the last day were played, yesterday Friday, at the facilities of the Joan Fuster pavilion. There, from 17:45 p.m., the boys and girls had the opportunity to play in this installation, something that made everyone very excited.

Once the matches were over, the trophies and medals were awarded to all the participants. In which they participated, the mayor of sports, Marián Tamarit, and the president of the Dénia Básquet Club, Paco Moreno. The coordinator of the Local League, Carlos Vila, thanked all the monitors, parents and players for their efforts to make the competition a success.

In the category of Prebenjamines, the smallest of participating in the local league have played teams representing 11, 150 participants aged between 7 and 8 years.

This season the teams that have participated in this Prebenjamin category of the Local Basketball League have been; Maristas "A", Alfa & Omega "A" Pou de la Muntanya, Paidos Blanco, Montgó, Les Vessanes, Maristas "B", Paidos Rojo, Alfa & Omega "B" Marista "C" and Maristas "D".
