The Civil Guard intervenes in an illegal party with about two hundred participants
During this weekend, the Marina Alta has been the venue for a massive illegal party in which young people from all over Spain have participated.
This rave took place on a road on the outskirts of Pego, which, according to Las Provincias, was originally going to be a simple birthday celebration with about fifteen guests and by word of mouth, or rather whatsapp to whatsapp, it became a massive uncontrolled event.
During several hours of the night, late in the morning, the event took place in the vicinity of the Marjal Natural Park. But also in the vicinity of some country houses that had to put up with the music and noise generated by this festive gathering of about 200 guests (or non-guests, according to the organizers).
Around 3 in the morning, the neighbors, already tired, notified the police. A patrol immediately went to the place but failed to end the party. After this, the Civil Guard also sent several agents who, in the same way, could not vacate the place.
It was not until Sunday afternoon that all the participants finally left the plot where they had set up the party. The Civil Guard was in charge of carrying out alcohol tests at the exit, which were negative, and identifying those present. Now they face various sanctions, all serious, both for non-compliance with environmental regulations and for non-compliance with sanitary measures.
