Grimalt defends the validity of the agreements reached in plenary

November 02 from 2014 - 00: 00

The socialist spokesman, Vicent Grimalt defends that the agreements approved by the opposition in plenary session are fully valid despite the warnings of their nullity, announced by the municipal secretary.

Grimalt doubts the legality of the fact that the secretary met with the Popular Party group during the recess of the plenary and commented " is not the secretary of the party but of the whole council".

Regarding the opposition motions that were approved in plenary session, the leader of the Dénia Socialists asked " What fear has the PP in providing greater transparency and consensus municipal decisions? "

Grimalt insisted that the will of the Socialist Party of Dénia until the end of the mandate of the corporation will be the same as so far: require the PP, and now you're in the minority even more, that municipal decisions are adopted with greater consensus possible. For this reason, I mention Grimalt not understand the despotic and threatening attitude that characterized during the plenary on the bench in the minority of the Popular Party.

On the subject of the services provided to the Dénia City Council by companies linked to the Punic operation and after accessing some of the invoices in the City Council, the socialist councilor Jordi Serra said "that the information to which we have access for now is insufficient".

For this reason, the socialist councilors presented a battery of questions to clarify this issue: What was the "assembly of social networks" that gave the City Council these companies? What are those protocols that the mayor referred to at the press conference? What municipal websites have followed these protocols? What have consisted of maintenance work and online communication in social networks awarded to the company and some more.

Compromís was also interested in knowing all the details of the relationship between businessman Alejandro De Pedro and the Dianense city council. As well as the group Ciudadanos, which through its spokesperson, Mari Martínez, also asked the mayor many questions regarding this issue. The doubts that Martínez said after consulting the documentation that he was offered drew attention. Ana Kringe's response to Martínez was overwhelming " everything is very clear and it's all very supervised, go carefully. Know that they are given absolutely everything, here, it has not concealed anything from any councilor".
