Emi Marcilla, exconcejala of Agenda 21 and member of the GDCU list headed by Pepa Font, exposed the improvements in communication that the coalition proposes ahead of the new legislature. And it is that, in the opinion of marcilla, "The Popular Party has ignored the opinions of dianenses during this term, especially groups such as the neighbors of les roques or CEDMA".

That is why GDCU activated from voting by mobile phone, an element whose use is universal and that serve to vote specific issues affecting citizens.

As a second proposal, Miguel Llobell, number 2 the nomination, he spoke of the launch of the Mayor of Barrio, "Each local government councilor will be responsible for the management of a neighborhood in the city and must constantly meet with their neighbors to verify that they are satisfied with the investments made in it."Said Llobell.

In addition, since GDCU they announce a policy of open doors whereby the mayor will open the doors of his office twice a week for any neighbor.

Emi Marcilla also indicated that the coalition will create a transparency portal that will inform of all the investments that the City Council is going to undertake, "even those that do not require contest" and their respective prices.
