Colomer has been proud to be part of a project like D * NA, which he considers "a gift from Dénia to the entire Valencian Community". For him, the town is "more than a city", Ya que "exhibits the values they want to show to the world". These values are those of ethics and hospitality, with which they want to achieve sustainable tourism that respects the landscape here. «Without Dénia it would be very difficult to advertise ourselves», assures the Secretary.

«Tourism is business, but above all it is values, since we compete in a large market called the world», declares Colomer. To achieve these objectives presented by the Ministry of Tourism, the City Council insists on enhancing its offer as a gastronomic destination to seasonally adjust tourism, avoiding living only from the sun and beach. The D * NA Fòrum is one of these initiatives that seek to achieve this with the creation of a showcase of this magnitude to advertise not only the cuisine here, but also the products of the Marina Alta since, as Colomer has emphasized, "the shortest distance between two people is the table".
