Successful edition of INCLOU-ME to encourage companies to bet on workers with different abilities

02 July 2020 - 00: 06

The County hall was filled with excitement yesterday with the second edition of INCLOU-ME organized by Raquel Payá. This event was born last year with the intention of making known to the employers in the area the advantages of having the students of the center to carry out work practices after the training cycles given, mostly focused on the gastronomic sector. A year later, the event has taken a huge leap since they no longer seek to have them to carry out practices, but are already going for the hiring.

Among exciting testimonies from each student about what it has meant for them to be able to work in a company, a series of round tables followed in which different experts and companies have explained their role in the job development of these people, how the future of The business fabric must have people with different capacities to grow and what are the tools available for them to be trained, such as those offered by the Erasmus + or CREAMA project.
