Success of the Italian party and photography awards Fault Center

On Saturday the president of the Falla Centro Foundation, Encarna Adam, presented the first and second prizes of the second edition of the photography contest organized by this Foundation. The second prize was awarded with a financial prize of 150 euros and the first with 250 euros. The prizes were awarded to the winners after having enjoyed the paella that the 'chef' Fran Serra had prepared for us.

At night the Italian party was held at the Moni Penny premises. We have to say that it was a success. The dinner, which had a value of 6 euros, and which was prepared by Alvaro Verdú, and the subsequent party with drinks at popular prices, were well received by the Falla Centro commission, as well as by people from other fallas and also by people from outside the Fallas world.

Next Friday we will have the farewell of the Falleras Mayores de Dénia, Marta and Rocío. On Saturday we will eat at the farmhouse to enjoy the fideuà that our chef Juan Ignacio Chiner will make for us.
